YOUR ENTRY PERMISSION
The same short-visit route, arranged before travel or on arrival. Only eligible passports qualify; some travellers may be visa-exempt.

Already have an issued e-VOA? Do not buy the same visa again.
The government VOA fee is IDR 500,000. The initial stay is up to 30 days, with one extension up to 60 days in total. Check the dates on your issued permission.
Apply for an extension before expiry. Current procedures include an immigration-office photo and interview, including for VOA holders; do not assume an entirely online process.
Each traveller, including children, needs appropriate documents. Temporary, emergency and other non-national travel documents do not qualify for VOA under the published B1 rules.
COMPLETE BEFORE ARRIVAL
These are separate from your visa and from any concierge or transfer charge.
Complete the integrated immigration, customs, health and quarantine declaration from three days before arrival. Have passport, flight and stay details ready.
Foreign tourists pay where applicable. Pay through official Love Bali and retain the emailed QR voucher; payment before departure is encouraged.
Exemptions include specified visa and residence-permit categories. Check the applicable exemption before paying. The levy does not replace your visa or declaration.

ARRANGE WHAT YOU NEED
Your pickup, airport assistance and concierge support are different services. Confirm each arrangement before travel.
An English-speaking chauffeur, a name sign and a private transfer to your destination. Share the flight, arrival time, passenger numbers, luggage, child-seat needs and drop-off address.
Confirm flight monitoring, waiting allowance, VIP parking, tolls, fuel, taxes and cancellation terms in your transfer quote.
Arrange airport transportAsk about a representative’s help through arrivals, baggage collection and the handover to your driver. Aircraft-gate meeting and any priority assistance depend on authorised access and confirmed availability.
For the booking brief: full passenger names, flight number, arrival date and time, issued visa or entry route, and any mobility needs. Required documents are requested privately. Immigration and customs checks still apply.
Help preparing a VOA/e-VOA application or an extension request. Keep a clear passport copy, colour portrait and onward ticket ready for the approved application channel.
Application support is separate from the government fee. An application or payment is not proof of an issued visa; approval remains with Immigration.

No. This guide collects no passport scans or flight documents. For a confirmed assistance request, use only the secure document channel provided for that booking. Passport scans should be sharp, complete and uncropped; portrait photos should be clear, in colour and show the full face.
This guide covers international arrivals at DPS. Domestic flights use a different arrivals and pickup sequence; follow your booking’s terminal instructions.
No. Government visa and levy payments are separate from transfer, airport-assistance and travel-planning charges. Confirm the quote and inclusions before booking.
An escort is not a standard transfer inclusion. Any such request requires prior approval from the competent authority, confirmed eligibility and availability. It cannot be promised as part of this guide.
